TRANSITION WICKLOW BRINGS YOU TINAHELY POWERDOWN - DEVELOPING LOCAL RESILIENCE -

The 8 week program supports a strategic shift towards global citizenship, ecological thinking and sustainability, focusing on actions we can take at the community level. Central to this is the concept of resilience - the capability of communities to hold together, adapt and maintain their ability to function in response to change. *********************************************************************************************Exploring the art of Sustainability and Powerdown, from a creative perspective will be an on-going aspect of this course. Participants will be encouraged both individually and collectively to explore and document their journey into the art of sustainability, through mixed media, photographic and visual representations, journals and or the spoken word. A visual diary and/or timeline representing the collective genius of the group may be the eventual artistic collaboration. The course starts on 07th October and runs every Wednesday until the 25th November.
